Season with pepper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Spread one-third of meat into a small casserole dish. Top with a layer of tomatoes. Repeat layers twice, ending with tomatoes. Spread mashed potatoes over the top of the casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are lightly browned and the cheese is melted.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Suggestions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add herbs or other seasonings to taste to the meat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mash the potatoes with a little skim milk or low-sodium broth;
